We're so glad you're here.
Through therapy you can learn new patterns of thinking, behaving and ways to heal to live a happier, healthier and more productive life that fits your needs and desire. Our therapists are trained and continue to advance their education with several approaches to therapy-including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other kinds of talk therapy-that help individuals work on healing. We believe in meeting you where you are at in life, and work to tailor treatment to your strengths and needs.

Have you experienced situations that keep you from enjoying your life the way you would like to? Have these situations caused you to feel loneliness, lack of confidence in yourself, or put a strain on your relationships? Is the strain of trauma weighing you down? Have you lost someone you love, had a life change, or compromised health and struggling with the adjustment to life changes? I am passionate about being able to help those who are feeling stuck, get to a place of where they would like to be in their life.
I specialize in working with individuals who have anxiety, depression, experienced trauma, as well as grief and loss. I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University, am an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) and have worked with individuals who have survived trauma in various capacities for the past 30 years. I enjoy guiding people into a place where they feel confident, empowered, and healed from their trauma wounds.
Together we will be able to work towards addressing the root causes of your difficulties, and in doing so build meaningful social connections, create a treatment plan tailored to your needs, and help you heal so that you can live your life to the fullest. I practice from an attachment focus with several different modalities and interventions, some of those include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic and narrative therapy. If you are ready to face the things that are weighing you down, know that you do not have to do so alone.

Learning the foundation of who we are allows us to take control of our lives and the relationships around us. Understanding the core of who you are can be uncomfortable and even scary but allowing yourself to take that journey to self-discovery will open up new opportunities.

My name is Cherie Dallolio, LMSW and I have been in the mental health field for over 7 years now. I have experience working with children, teens and adults in various circumstances and life events. It can be difficult for a family to adjust to a new diagnosis, challenging behaviors or the stress life throws at us. Reaching out can be the first step to feeling relief. Some of my main area’s of focus include but are not limited to prenatal, pregnancy, postpartum mental health, ADHD, Sensory and Autism. I am well educated and experienced to work with those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss as well as life adjustments and stressors.
If you feel ready to take that first step I am honored to walk with you on your journey to taking control of the life you want.
